 Lululemon’s main client service option is its live Converse service, which requires you to submit your first and last name, along with your phone number and dispatch. This connects you with a robot, which ultimately transfers you to a live client service agent after you’ve participated a little further about your issue. 

 Do you have an iPhone or other iOS device? Lululemon’s live converse point is also supported by Apple bias. On weekdays, the live converse point is available from 5 AM to 9 PM PT. On weekends, the live converse point is online from 6 AM to 6 PM.
